Every session is guided by what your body needs that day.

I do not work from a routine.

I listen first — to your words and to your body.

You are not paying for a technique.

You are paying for time, attention, and care.

The Finesse Massage Technique

The Finesse Massage Technique (FMT) is a gentle, body-led way of working with fascia — the connective tissue that supports muscles, joints, nerves, and organs.

FMT uses very light pressure (about 8 ounces) and small, pain-free movements of the body. Rather than forcing change, it communicates with the fascia, where much of chronic pain and tension are held. Because of this gentle approach, FMT can be especially helpful for people living with fibromyalgia, chronic pain, old injuries, or sensitive nervous systems.

As fascial restrictions soften, the body may begin to release long-held tension patterns and reorganize toward better balance and alignment. Many clients notice less guarding, less pain, and a deeper sense of ease.

The work is quiet, respectful, and guided by what your body allows.

The 30-Day FMT Protocol

Some clients choose to work with the Finesse Massage Technique through a 30-day protocol, which allows the body time to respond and integrate the work gradually.

  • 5 full-body sessions
  • Approximately 2 hours per session
  • Scheduled over 30 days

This approach is often helpful for people living with chronic pain or long-held tension patterns who want consistent, gentle support rather than forceful work.

30-Day FMT Protocol: $1,200

This is not about quick fixes or guarantees.

It is about giving the body time, space, and respectful input so it can do what it already knows how to do.

You do not need to know what to choose.

You do not need to explain things perfectly.

We will decide together, based on how your body feels that day.
